4U Training's Terms of Service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any products and services made available by 4U Training Sdn Bhd.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All terms and conditions shall survive the termination or expiration of any purchase or agreement made between 4U Training Sdn Bhd and its customers.
Kindly review all terms and conditions prior to purchasing any service or product. Should you require further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our consultants prior to your purchase. You may choose to defer from purchasing any products or services if you do not agree fully with the terms and conditions.
Amendments
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that 4U Training Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion and post such amendments to 4U Training Sdn Bhd official websites without prior or separate notice.
Usage of Personal Data
Personal information provided during registration, consultation or training will be kept confidential for internal use of 4U Training Sdn Bhd only.
Usage of Video and Photos
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, consent is given to 4U Training Sdn Bhd to use any video and photos taken during training sessions for commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property
Books and Training Contents are strictly for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, or other exploitation of the materials, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of 4U Training Sdn Bhd is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
Extending to the previous clause, video and voice recording of any training or consultation sessions are strictly prohibited as well, which will result in legal action.
Indemnity
By purchasing any of 4U Training Sdn Bhd’s products or services, you acknowledge and accept that information provided by us during the course of training or consultations for reference purposes only. Final actions made are at your sole discretion, 4U Training Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect negative consequences and damages relating to these actions.
Supersede
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
